This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between ‘Swadeshi Mandir ’ (the “Firm,” “we” or “us”) and you. This Agreement sets forth the legal and non legal ‘terms and conditions’ , for your use of this web site and for your purchase and/or use of any goods, services or in connection with any business opportunity (collectively referred to hereinafter as, “Offerings”) with us.

Your use of this web site(s), including all web pages (collectively, the “Site”) and all information, data, text, software, information, images, marks, sounds or other materials (collectively, the “Content”) contained therein or your use or purchase of any other Offerings confirms your acceptance of this Agreement and is subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and other security compliance.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or other Offerings, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site or other Offerings, except for the various reasons mentioned herein.

Terms and conditions that are based on above mentioned recitals should be read and understood as under:

We Reserve The Right At Any Time To:

Change the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Enhance, add to, modify or discontinue the Site or other Offerings, or any portion of the Site or other Offerings, at any time in our sole discretion.
Make changes to the prices/ description/ pictures of the products, depending on the various factors.
Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon its displayed on the Site (hereinafter, “Notice”). Your use of the Website or other offerings after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. The complete onus is upon you to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with its most current version and alterations.

This disclaimer is provided for everybody who uses and deals with the products supplied by the Website, this includes the direct purchaser / distributor / dealer / representative / legal heir or ultimate user of the product.

You must provide all necessary equipment for you to access the Internet. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all the legal conditions required for you to deal with the products in any manner, which specifically include being 18 years of age and to consider specific illness or any other factor that could affect you in any manner from the consumption of our supplied products. However, we, specifically deny any such responsibility and liability.

Upon receipt and confirmation of each order by you, we will deliver the committed product(s) to you within three to twelve working days, in normal circumstances, otherwise we will inform you the estimated delivery date. Whereas, for any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstance, we will not be under any liability for such delay. Goods will be delivered by Gov. Registered Post or any other courier company (both within and outside India), we will not accept any liability incurred due to delayed delivery.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any of the product, the customer may request a refund from us, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of such product. We may offer the customer a full credit toward the purchase of other products or a full or partial refund of the purchase price. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused or opened / tampered with in any manner. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery costs and the customer will be liable for return postage costs.

RETURN POLICY

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We accept returns within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the shipment. You have to inform our customer service team and report the issue.
Please contact our customer service to report the issue and the customer service executive will provide you the address where the product needs to be returned.

Points to remember:

The product should be unused.
Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice. All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
When you have shipped the product back please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier. You must use a trackable courier to return the product.
Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s)
We will refund the money the way payment was made.
We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost bourne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.
In quality control product we require batch no, and manufacturing date.

Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item:

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us within 48 to 72 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

OTHERS

“The products prices mentioned under our Site are inclusive of Administration Charges”.

The company commits to providing high quality products at best possible price. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotions / special offers at our won discretion without prior notice.

Merely by consuming or dealing with the products offered on the web site, you do not become the authorised dealer or distributor of us. If, however, you are interested in becoming the distributor, promoter, agent or representative, you are required to undergo proper procedure by contacting us directly, on contact details provided on this web site.

We, however, certify that the products that are supplied through us, will carry the commitment of quality of the product. They meet high standards of freshness and purity and for ready use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way.
